A: Mobile Banking will give you instant connectivity to your accounts whenever, wherever using the app on your cell phone or mobile device. This mobile banking service allows you to access account details, history and check account balances. In addition, Mobile Banking will allow you to transfer funds between accounts.
Q: Will Mobile Banking work on all mobile devices?
A: Mobile Banking is available from any Apple or Android device.
Q: How do I access Mobile Banking?
A: You simply download The Community Bank's App.
Q: Do I need to enroll for Mobile Banking?
A: Mobile Banking requires you to have an active account and be enrolled for Online Banking with Bill Pay. To enroll, you must log into your Online Banking with Bill Pay account from a desktop computer and complete the settings within the “mobile” sub-tab.
Q: What accounts can I access with Mobile Banking?
A: Mobile Banking allows you to access any of your Community Bank accounts that you selected during enrollment for Mobile Banking within Online Banking with Bill Pay.
Q: How do I view my account information?
A: Once you access the App you'll see a listing of all your online accounts and their available balance, from which you can choose to view account information. Simply click on the account you would like to access to view more information.
Q: Can transfers be made using Mobile Banking?
A: Internal transfers can be made using Mobile Banking. The "Transfers" page will list all approved online transfer accounts. The cut-off time for transfers is 6pm EST.
Q: Is Mobile Banking secure?
A: All standard online banking security features are applied at login, including dual authentication.
Q: How much does Mobile Banking cost?
A: Mobile Banking is a free service from The Community Bank. However, depending on the rate plan with your mobile service provider, you may incur charges when receiving text alerts and using your data plan. Please verify your coverage before accessing your account. The Community Bank is not responsible for charges incurred from your mobile service provider.
