THE COMMUNITY BANK ACHIEVES RECORD
EARNINGS IN 2009

February 10, 2010: The Community Bank
President, Michael Steen today reported: "The bank and its holding
company have attained record earnings for the 2009 fiscal year. Earnings are up over the same time
last year." Steen added. "We also have experienced
significant growth in deposits in one year. Each new banking office
established in the last 5 years has far exceeded projected growth.
The Community Bank, Zanesville, Ohio stands strong in the current
environment while many financial institutions are faltering.
